The data is based on a merging of:

      1. Treharne et al., J. Phys: Conf. Ser. 286, 012038, (2011) (short wavelengths)

        1. Marple, J. Appl. Phys. 35, 539-542 (1964) (long wavelengths)

The latter had the DC permittivity adjusted to avoid discontinuities.
